# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth then transfer to a small serving bowl. Place hummus in a separate bowl.
02 - Thread a mini pretzel rod through three pretzel rounds—two plain for the body and one yogurt-covered for the head. Press mini chocolate chips into the head for eyes and buttons.
