Santa Hat Fruit Cheese Platter (Print Version)

A bright mix of strawberries, creamy cheese, and grapes shaped like Santa hats for holiday sharing.

# Components:

→ Fruit

01 - 16 large fresh strawberries, hulled
02 - 16 seedless red grapes

→ Cheese

03 - 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes (approximately 0.8 inch each)

→ Garnish

04 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

→ Serving

05 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and grapes.
02 - Slice off the stem end of each strawberry to create a flat surface.
03 - Thread one mozzarella cube onto a small skewer or toothpick, place a strawberry flat side down on top of the cheese cube, then add a grape on top of the strawberry.
04 - Pipe a small dot of softened cream cheese on top of each grape to simulate the pom-pom of the Santa hat.
05 - Place the assembled Santa hats on a serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
