# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
02 - If desired, add a few drops of blue food coloring and stir until a pale, icy blue color is achieved.
03 - Fold the chopped fresh chives into the dip gently.
04 - Spoon the dip into a wide, shallow bowl. Smooth the surface evenly and sprinkle with additional crumbled blue cheese and chopped herbs. Optionally, add edible glitter or silver sugar pearls for an icy effect.
05 - Surround the dip bowl on a large serving platter with tortilla chips, blue corn chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumber slices, radishes, and snap peas to create a frozen pond appearance.
