- Meats: 100 g prosciutto, 100 g Genoa salami thinly sliced, 100 g spicy soppressata thinly sliced, 50 g coppa or bresaola (optional)
- Cheeses: 100 g aged cheddar cubed, 100 g brie sliced, 100 g manchego sliced, 80 g goat cheese formed into small rounds
- Fresh & Dried Fruits: 1 cup seedless red grapes, 1 cup fresh raspberries, 1 small pomegranate seeded, ½ cup dried apricots, ½ cup dried figs halved
- Accompaniments: ½ cup mixed olives, ¼ cup cornichons or mini gherkins, ½ cup candied pecans or walnuts, ½ cup honey or fig jam
- Crackers & Bread: 1 baguette sliced, 1 box assorted crackers
- Garnish: Fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs, Edible flowers (optional)
