09 - 1 cup hummus or ranch dressing
# Directions:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Peel the carrots and slice them into thin sticks.
03 - Cut the cucumber into rounds and halve some pieces to mimic fossil bone shapes.
04 - Slice red and yellow bell peppers into strips and optionally carve some into dinosaur bone or footprint shapes using a small knife.
05 - Place cauliflower and broccoli florets on a large serving platter to represent fossilized bones and vertebrae.
06 - Use sugar snap peas and carrot sticks to create rib and limb shapes on the platter.
07 - Distribute cherry tomatoes around the display to resemble dinosaur eggs.
08 - Place the dip in a small bowl at the center or artfully spread it to form a dinosaur skull or footprint shape.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
