# Components:
→ Fruit
01 - 20 large fresh strawberries, washed and thoroughly dried, leaves intact
→ Chocolate
02 - 7 oz high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
→ Optional Toppings
03 - 2 tbsp chopped toasted nuts (e.g., pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts)
04 - 2 tbsp melted white chocolate (for drizzling)
05 - 2 tbsp sprinkles or edible glitter
# Directions:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Place chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt it over simmering water using a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted.
03 - Hold each strawberry by the leaves and dip into melted chocolate, twirling to coat evenly.
04 - Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing strawberries onto the prepared baking sheet.
05 - If desired, immediately sprinkle nuts or sprinkles onto the chocolate before it sets. For white chocolate drizzle, wait until the dark chocolate is set, then drizzle with melted white chocolate using a fork or piping bag.
06 - Continue dipping and decorating all strawberries.
07 - Allow strawberries to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate briefly for faster setting.
08 - Serve chilled or at room temperature.
